Germantown, MD – LOCAL 301™ Café hosted their official grand opening and ribbon cutting with the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce earlier this month. Chamber members, local dignitaries, business owners, and property management from Matan Companies were in attendance.

LOCAL 301™ Café is an innovative concept in fast-casual dining, which specializes in fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Their 1,270 square foot location at 20201 Century Boulevard offers both indoor and outdoor seating in the recently renovated courtyard with free public Wi-Fi. Owners Al and Debbie Molinari and Le Cordon Bleu trained head chef Meegan Herman will be offering up a seasonally rotating menu that highlights their 20 years of experience in the food industry by offering foodies throughout the area something new and interesting.

Matan has owned the 4-building, 450,000 square foot corporate center since 2000 and restructured the financing for the project last year, which was the catalyst for a $5 million dollar capital investment to renovate the common areas and deliver amenities that will help 270 Corporate Center distinguish itself in the I-270 market. In addition to the recently renovated courtyard, which offers a free public Wi-Fi network and outdoor seating, Matan has renovated all the common areas of 20250 Century Boulevard, delivered a 36-seat conference center, and a 3,000 square foot fitness center with a yoga studio.
